25 minutes walking per day can add 7 years to your life

We all know we need to exercise more but it really is true! Hunter/gatherer tribes walk on average 22,000 steps per day. Most of us walk less than 5000 steps per day. Lack of exercise can have devastating health impacts. On the flip side research now shows exercise is helpful in all health conditions even when undergoing cancer treatment.

Think about ways you can increase your steps everyday. Incidental exercise counts. So park and walk. Do that gardening. Meet a friend for a walk before a coffee. Walk your dog. Track your steps and set your goals.
