Each 0.5ml of Pure Liposome Vitamin B12 contains:
Hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12) 500 micrograms
0.5-2ml. Shake well before use. Consume straight or dissolve in water or juice and drink immediately. Suitable for compounding with other liposomes in the Pure Liposome range.
